SOME EASY COOKING& KITCHEN TIPS-VEG AND NON VEG

Here are some of my favorite cooking style and tips which i usually follow to cook.Also they make life easy so i need not spend more time, master my cooking skills,lead a healthy life and save money.

General tips::

* While cooking chicken marinate it with curd and other spices of your taste for half an hour before starting to cook.it would definitely cook chicken faster and make it softer.
* Pour a drop of lemon to any fish(king mackarel,tuna,tilapia...) before frying them,as it will make them softer
* Beans is the most common and healthy veggie but while cooking it do not forget to add a pinch of baking soda as it will not change the original colour(ofcourse green..)
* My mom always used to add a drop of oil to daal so that it will never lose its aroma and flavour even after being overcooked
* when frying any nonveg dish its good to add more oil than usual as it will never burnthe dish
* for making pongal,do not leave the cooker for more than 3 whistles
* While frying onion,add salt to it immediately and it would fry faster
* Always cook with olive oil as it is healthy,lighter,glows your skin also burns extra fat.YOu can get "light taste olive oil" easily available in stores if it smells.
* Honey is the best choice when you have cold,cough,sore throat also to burn your fat(mix 1 tsp honey with milk and drink it early morning before breakfast)
* if u plan to make a simple pizza use plain bread as crust and can be done even on a stovetop e
* Try to plan just the right amount of foods to take. That way, you won't have to worry about the storage or safety of leftovers. For example:
1 tuna can is sufficient for 3 people
1/2 a pound of chicken or any other meat will serve 4-5 people for a single serving
For 1 person cook only 1/2 a cup of rice
1 cup of daal would be sufficient for your 1 kid
