Mixed vegetables(carrot,beans,peas,corn(opt)either frozen or fr
onion 1(opt)
1 egg
flour tortillas 2
oil 1tbsp
salt 1tsp
cheese (your favorite one optional)
Method:
This recipe is very simple.
1)Take a pan,fry the veggies in oil with onion(opt) on a medium heat,add salt and keep frying till its cooked.
2)Now add 1 egg and mix it well along with the veggies.Remove the pan from stove
3).Microwave the tortillas for 30 secs then place the mixture in it and wrap it up.You can also add any grated cheese to the wrap(preferably cheddar).
My mom always cook this recipe whenever we went to their house and take a snack.
